Documentation of rights to third-party audio, video, catalogs, and discovery services
Archeden ART is a creator-platform where independent artists, musicians, writers, and filmmakers upload and publish their own original works. The app also includes a curated catalog of public-domain and openly-licensed cultural works for educational discovery. The app does not stream, aggregate, or provide access to any third-party commercial streaming service (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Netflix, Audible). All audio and video playback is served from content stored in the app's own backend storage.
Each public-domain item is sourced exclusively from the institutions below and carries a visible in-app attribution badge linking to the source's licensing terms.
All non-public-domain audio, video, images, and ebooks are uploaded by registered artist users who are the rights-holders of their own original works.
These features stream or surface content. In every case, content is either user-uploaded or public-domain:
I attest, under penalty of perjury, that Archeden ART has all necessary rights and permissions to the third-party audio, video, and catalog content described above. All public-domain content is sourced from institutions whose open-access licenses permit this use, and all user-uploaded content is governed by our Terms of Service and DMCA takedown process. The app does not provide access to any unauthorized third-party streaming service.
